The Firm - Profile
Studio Trapanese, a professional association of Chartered Accountants specialised in business, tax, corporate and accounting consultancy, was founded in 2016 on the initiative of Chartered Accountants Marco Trapanese and Mauro Sebastianelli, who were respectively partner and collaborator of a primary professional firm in Ancona, where, thanks to the precious teachings of dr. Loris Mancinelli, they accrue significant professional experience.
In 2016, Marco Trapanese and Mauro Sebastianelli decide to follow their activities in a more independent way giving life to a new professional structure founded on a personal and direct relationship with their clientele, aimed at understanding the effective need and to propose personalised solutions.
Since 2018, the professional Association has been transformed into a firm of professionals (STP) taking on the collective name of Studio Trapanese (STP), in order to seize the opportunities offered by the Law no. 183/2011.
The global consultancy approach combined with the twenty-year or so experience and constant updating guaranteed by all the staff allows the firm to provide the clientele with an effective high value-added service.
The firm’s consultancy is designed to support small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as large corporate groups, in the various phases of growth and development, guaranteeing assistance fulfilling ordinary civil and fiscal obligations in dealings with the tax authorities and in the study and implementation of tax planning and corporate operations.
The firm pays particular attention to the companies in crisis, for which, in collaboration with the entrepreneur, possible solutions are studied that allow, where possible, to safeguard business continuity while ensuring the best possible satisfaction of all interests involved.
The firm collaborates with law firms and other professionals operating in the regional and national context in order to pinpoint solutions to problems of a particular complexity that require a multidisciplinary approach.
