The Firm was founded on September 17, 2015, by Dr. Marco Trapanese and Dr. Mauro Sebastianelli, combining complementary expertise in business consulting and tax planning, with the ambition of creating a professional firm strongly oriented toward service quality and tangible results.
In 2018, the Firm evolved into a Società tra Professionisti (STP – Professional Partnership), adopting a more efficient and flexible organizational structure. This change ensured solid internal governance, shared decision-making processes, and a stronger ability to respond to market needs.
In January 2023, Dr. Nicola Cardinali, born in 1992, joined the partnership. A professional who grew within the Firm since January 2018 under the guidance of the founders, Marco Trapanese and Mauro Sebastianelli, his admission represents the recognition of a young and talented advisor fully aligned with the Firm’s values and vision.
In the following years, the consolidation of its client base and the expansion of professional expertise led to a natural evolution. In May 2025, the Firm adopted its new name: TRAPANESE - SEBASTIANELLI & PARTNERS S.T.P. S.R.L., marking a strategic turning point. The inclusion of new professionals, including Attorney Matteo Trapanese, has enabled the Firm to deliver truly integrated advisory services, ranging from tax optimization to regulatory compliance (D.Lgs. 231/2001), from organizational structure management to ESG sustainability, from corporate contracts to business crisis management.
Based in Ancona, with a consolidated nationwide client network operating in the industrial, commercial, financial, and service sectors, the Firm positions itself as a strategic partner in business development, restructuring, and internationalization.
